The staff were friendly and tried their best to assist me, even though there was a slight language barrier. My room on the 20th floor was peaceful and quiet, allowing me to get a good night's sleep. The shower in my room was fantastic, providing me with a refreshing and invigorating experience. I was impressed with the level of service and the amenities provided here.
